Mid Century Home With Vintage ESTATE SALE In Carmel

The property is located off of Keystone Avenue & 106th Street on Jordan Road in Carmel, Indiana. Please be courteous to neighboring homes and park in designated free street parking.
An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the property one hour before doors open. Friday the list goes out at 8:00 am and doors open at 9:00 am. Saturday the list goes out at 9:00 am and we open at 10:00 am. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time, more or less depending on the size of the homee. This sale will feature items with sticker dots and barcodes.
Items are priced with barcoded hang tags and sticker dots. Day Two is 50% off for all items not marked "firm". We accept cash and credit card payments.
Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper and boxes.
