Vintage Petersen "Polk-A-Lay-Lee": A vintage 1960s Petersen “Polk-A-Lay-Lee,” an acoustic instrument with natural finish, four nylon strings, oval soundhole, a 12-fret neck and a striking pegbox/headstock half the instrument’s length and curling to a point. “Polk-A-Lay-Lee” has been painted to the headstock, though it has faded.

Vintage Dining Table with Leaf Inserts and Chairs: A vintage dining table with leaf inserts and chairs. This set includes an octagonal table with bookmatched veneer and beveled edge rising on four curved posts and terminating on a beveled base. Includes two leaf inserts and a table pad. Also includes six Jacobean Revival inspired dining chairs with oval, pierced splats flanked by turned stiles above an upholstered seat rising on tapered legs. The chairs are upholstered in a striped and checkered fabric. One chair includes curved armrests. There are no visible maker’s marks. A roll of matching fabric is also included.

Davis & Davis Custom Wool Broadloom Area Rug: A Davis & Davis wool broadloom area rug. This machine made rug features an octagonal shape with a gray on gray checkered pattern bordered in black with a meandering acanthus leaf in tans, wrapping around a gray stripe, in a loop and cut pile. The underside is marked with a tag that reads, “Davis & Davis, Custom Rugs and Broadloom, Wools of New Zealand, BP 241671”.

White Wicker Love Seat with Tables: A white wicker love seat with tables. This grouping includes a white wicker love seat. The love seat features a crest rail that curves to become arms, with arches to the skirt and wrapped feet. Seat cushions and pillows in red tones and floral prints are included. Also included is a rectangular white wicker coffee table with a low shelf and splayed wrapped legs, and a white painted folding wood side table with a slat top. The pieces are unmarked.

The seat cushions remove to expose the black metal framed pull out sleeper sofa. This piece is marked “Lackawanna”.

This set offers six short tapered candleholders with markings of Duchin Creation and AMC. The compote features a slender column with a tiered round base and flared bowl, marked with an “S” in a diamond.
