Vintage Treasures in Carmel

This property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous to neighbors and park on one side of the street for easier traffic flow. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants. Do not park on the edge of lawns.

An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the estate one hour before doors open on both days. You must be present to add your name to the physical list. You must be present when your name is called or surrender your spot and move to the end of the line.

Friday doors open at 9:00 am, and Saturday doors open at 10:00 am. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time (varies by the size of the home).

All furniture and decor items are priced with hang tags and household items may be priced with dot stickers according to signage posted in the home. Unmarked household items are "name your price". Prices are firm unless otherwise advertised. Items will be available on day two with up to 50% discount. We accept cash and credit card payments.

Be sure to bring appropriate help, tools and vehicle transportation space to remove large items. Objects for pickup will need to be removed by 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please be prepared with packing paper and boxes for breakable or fragile items.
