Post Modern Furniture + Art in Carmel - Estate Sale

An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the property one hour before doors open. Friday the list goes out at 8 am and doors open at 9 am. Saturday the list goes out at 9 am and we open at 10 am. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in and enter the home when we open. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time, as space allows. This sale will feature items with sticker dot pricing and barcode hangtags.

Items are priced with barcoded tags and sticker dots. Day Two is 50% off unless marked "firm". We accept cash and credit card payments upon checkout.

Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper, boxes and reusable tote bags.
