BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 20% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of every lot purchased through LiveAuctioneers.

FIREARMS LAWS & ELIGIBILITY
Burgess Auctions LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer. All firearm sales are made in compliance with federal, state and local law. Buyers must be legally eligible to purchase and possess the firearms they bid on. If a buyer fails or is denied on a background check, the sale is void and the firearm will be resold. No refund of buyer's premium will be issued.

Over 200 lots of collector and sporting firearms from several Indiana estates and collections, sold live and online from Carthage, Indiana. Offerings include about 94 rifles, 55 shotguns and 46 handguns, plus black powder, antique military arms and air guns. Highlights include a Winchester Model 1895 lever action in .30-06, a Winchester U.S. Model 1917, a 1916 Carl Gustafs Swedish Mauser M/96, a U.S. Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor .45-70, a U.S. Springfield Model 1855 .58 caliber rifle-musket, a 1945 Lee-Enfield No. 5 "Jungle Carbine" with bayonet, a scarce circa-1915 Remington Model 16 takedown and a Ruger 10/22 Takedown 50th Anniversary Edition, along with Winchester, Remington, Ruger, Mossberg and other quality makers.
