IF it's screwed on or attached in any way, IT's OFF-Limits & NOT For Sale. Plus what's ever outside on the grounds, life's rural living accumulations, is Up for Auction too. High Winning Bidder pays extra $50 (refundable) Good Faith Clear Out Fee - Once Your Room(s) or Garage(s) are cleared out to Diana's standards, I refund your $50 Bucks.

Make sure to watch when moving items that floors aren't scratched and keep distance from walls so they're not touched and don't rut up the grounds or yards.

TERMS: CASH, good Indiana check w/full photo ID, credit, debit cards w/3% additional process fee. All checks & Out-of state checks must be pre-approved by calling the Auctioneer at 219-763-3741 at least 3 days prior to Auction. Full payment & removal on auction day. All items Sold "As Is, Where Is" no warranties or guarantees, you must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents, injury or items after "SOLD."
