400 E is closed at 1050 N so regardless of coming from 1050 N or Rte 6 you must use 350 E (north for approximately 1 mile) to Burdick Road then turn right (east) to 400 E approximately 1 mile, then left (north) to auction site

Directions: From intersection of Rte 6 and Rte 49 head EAST to 400 E (400 E is by Jackson Twp Elementary School). Head NORTH on 400 E to property (approximately 2 miles and there is a STOP sign you have to turn where there will be a sign).

Directions: From intersection of Rte 6 and Rte 49 head NORTH on Rte 49 to 1050 N (by Coffee Creek, if you’re heading south on Rte 49 there is no way to turn onto 1050 N from that direction) Head EAST on 1050 N to the T in the road which is 400 E. Turn LEFT/NORTH on 400 E to property.
