Description & Details

  1. This Estate Sale is in a neighborhood that does Not Allow sales open to the public due to the fact that there is absolutely No Parking on the streets.
  2. The driveway allows 4 cars, so therefore we can make 4 Appointments per hour from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  3. Please call Debbie at 574-849-0494 to book your appointment. You may carpool if you want friends and family to join you, but only one car per customer.
  4. We will keep a wait list for last minute appointments in case customers with appointments finish up sooner than the next group is allowed in.
  5. We apologize for the logistics of this sale. In 25 years of conducting Estate Sales we have never had this situation.
  6. The Coling Family has a wonderful collection of items and we hope to accommodate as many customers as possible.
