Payment Options: Payment would be the credit card on file with HI Bid. All purchases will be automatically charged following the close of the auction with your credit card on file with HI Bid. All credit cards MUST be the card of the person whom has registered. Any discrepancy in the two will have all bids declined and feedback will be stated as so. PICK UP OR SHIPPING OF YOUR ITEMS:
Keep in mind that once you have purchased an item's it becomes your item. Each family is ready to proceed with the selling of the real estate.
Items should be picked up on the scheduled pick up day. Failure to pick up your items on this scheduled date will require Estate Solvers LLC to move your items. You will incur the following fees. Items under 30 pounds incur a fee of $30.00 per lot. per day. Items from 31 pounds -75 pounds incur a fee of $100.00 per lot, per day. Items over 76 pounds will require a professional moving company to be hired and a fee of $400.00 plus $100.00 per lot per day fee. Please keep this in mind and do not bid on furniture you cannot move.
Care should be given to the home when moving of furniture. If you the buyer/mover of the furniture do any damage to the home due to your carelessness. Estate Solvers LLC will hire a professional company to repair any damages that occured due to your carelessness and you will be held responsible for repair cost.

Also included in this sale is a nice shabby chic garden trellis, an antique breakdown chiff robe, antique side chair, 1848 wood wedding trunk, other vintage boxes. There is a revolving jewelry store display. A lithograph of Stonewall Jackson, several oil paintings, and other works of art. Hand-crafted folk-art items such as Abraham Lincoln bust, matchstick prison art. Log cabins and stagecoach. Few vintage toys and lot of new toys unopened. A few Mid-Century modern items. Several items that are Evansville Indiana memorabilia. Print plates for Evansville Cartoonist Karl Kae Knacht. The History of Vanderburgh County through 1889.
