Estate Solvers LLC of Evansville Indiana is proud to conduct the living estate of Mr. Don McCoy of Evansville. Mr. McCoy is quite a workout and golf enthusiast. The sale will be conducted on Saturday September 14, 2019 from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm and Sunday September 15, 2019 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. The entire house and 2 garages and a little shed is full of some nice items.
Furniture: Drexel Dresser , Chest of Drawers and night stand, early American style dresser, chest of drawers, Mid Century modern duck lamp with vintage lamp shade, rocking chair, floor lamps, nice brass lamps, marble top coffee table and end tables, several high back chairs, dining room table with chairs, nice Drexel China Cabinet, vintage sideboard, couch and sofa. An antique Waiman Mahogany leather top table. Two flat screen televisions, desks, shelf unit, desk chairs
Fitness Equipment: Weight set with bench, Total Fitness, Magic Legs Glider, Elliptical, exercise bikes, exercise sticks, cardio blade, hand weights, ball weights, Pro-Form Bike, Supreme Pilates resistance workout, Zinkin Ultra Wall mount shaper, resistance ab isolator and so much more. He is into staying in shape and they are in good shape. A mountain bike, several bike seats, and lots of golf clubs, golf bags, bag carriers, sock and other golf related items. Even a large putting green.
Household Items: Pyrex items, Corning Ware, dishes, flatware, plastic ware. A nice vintage coffee grinder, small appliances, bean pots. There are oil paintings, one marked E.W. Waite 1908, other framed artwork. Knick knacks include several pieces of brass animals including large deer and a large unicorn, Jasperware pieces, bird figurines, Norman Rockwell Figurine, nice pair of bronze golfers and other items. Several binoculars, electrical timers.
Jewelry: Several wrist watches, nice collection of belt buckles and pocket knives. Large collection of Hadi Shrine buttons and pins.
Garage and Tool Items: Hydraulic Jacks, floor jacks, hand tools to include – screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, axes, chisels, pulleys, planers, and more. Power tools include drills, circular saws, and solders. Honeywell 5500 generator, a smaller generator, 2 air compressors, several vintage metal cabinets, lawn equipment to include mowers, weed eaters, and edger. Several snow shovels, regular shovels, brooms, rakes and other items. Lot of assorted screws and nails, paint brushes. Miscellaneous garage and auto items. Ladders both aluminum and vintage wood ladders. Gas and oil cans. The garages have so much more.
