- Please bring help to load your bigger purchases. All items are cash or credit and carry and must be removed from the property be the end of the sale.
- ALL sales are final. NO REFUNDS
- We do not offer pre-sales and do not provide pricing prior to the sale. Please arrive early for specific items as all sales are first-come, first-serve.
- Please keep parking to one side of the street so that local traffic may pass by - this is a common courtesy.
- Please be courteous and do not block neighboring drive-ways or mailboxes. We would hate to see your vehicle get towed.
- Lastly, remember to have fun and be courteous to fellow shoppers. Everyone is looking for their next treasure and we look forward to helping you find it.
This is an online, appointment-only pick up, estate sale. All items are first-come, first-serve. You must use the Buy button on the photo to trigger your purchase. Please note that once you click the "Buy" button, you will have to verify your email before Divine is notified of your interest in an item. If you do not see an email verification request from estatesales.net, please check your spam folder. We do not want anyone to miss out on an opportunity. One of us will reach out to you to discuss how to complete your transaction once we are notified. Please understand that items will only be held if paid for (cash in person or CC via phone) or an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed for pick-up.
Pick up will be scheduled for Friday and Saturday on a first-come, first-serve basis from 10am to 2pm. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and a time-slot to choose for pick-up and payment. Please bring help if you are purchasing or plan on purchasing items that require 2 people to load. There are many kitchen and decorative items not photographed. Those items will be posted later this week.
Cash and Credit Card will be accepted at the time of pick-up. Payment and loading will be done first. Once your appt item(s) is paid for and loaded, you'll be given 30 minutes to shop the remainder of the house and make a final purchase. This process may be tweaked as we work through it. Please read prior to coming to make sure you are up to date.
We understand everyone's concern around the Covid19 pandemic. Please know that Divine is taking precaution to ensure our sale/pick-up environment is clean and safe for your arrival. We will adhere to strict 30 minute shopping timeslots to allow for cleaning between appts. Please come dressed and protected accordingly.
