Early bird sign up sheet will be outside of house at 8am, one hour before 9am. Only 1 name per number on early bird list. Person must be present to check in when we open. All items will be priced. 25 shoppers will be allowed at 9 am.
Day 2 is 50% off unless marked firm. We accept cash and credit cards upon checkout.
Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for removing larger items. For fragile items bring necessary supplies to pack items.

Please park on 1 side of street for ease of traffic. Do not block mail boxes driveways or fire hydrants. No parking in driveway of estate sale.
