🟣We will have two entrances to the sale.

🟣One entrance will be at the front door. That entrance will get you to everything inside the home that is for sale.

🟣The other entrance will be at the gate on the LEFT side of the house. This entrance will take you to the courtyard, the detached garage, where the tools are located and the back entrance into the basement where many more tools are located. So if you are coming for tools, this is the entrance that you want to go in to start. Please do not enter through the gate until we open.

🟣Please note that once you enter the sale at whichever entrance you choose, you will be able to explore the entire house, garage and basement. Another words you don’t need to re-enter or wait to get back into the sale.

🔴We recommend bringing your own boxes and bags to fill as you shop.

🔴We accept cash and credit card with a 3% convenience fee. No checks.

🔴We do not offer early sales or pricing.
