Checkout Date & Time Friday, Jan. 16th, 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY — NO EXCEPTIONS– Please abide by your pickup time. Within 12 hours of the auction closing, you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select either a pickup time or shipping. You MUST select your pickup time as soon as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to contact Wiegmann Auctioneers prior to the auction ending if an alternate pickup time is needed. Please call the office to make these arrangements. If merchandise is not removed on the designated pickup day, it will be considered abandoned and may be resold. Any associated removal costs, deficiencies, or losses may be charged to the buyer, unless a later date has been scheduled with our office. The successful bidder is responsible for bringing adequate help, equipment, and supplies to remove items. Please bring all necessary packing and moving materials. Wiegmann Auctioneers is not required to help move or pack any items. All purchases are made based solely on the bidder’s personal inspection and judgment. Wiegmann Auctioneers makes every effort to provide multiple photos, note defects, list dimensions, and offer as much information as possible to ensure bidder confidence. Due to the value of many of these items, we will require wire transfer over purchases of $3,000.00. There will be a fee associated with the wire transfer. You MUST bring your preferred method of payment to the pickup site, and payment must be made before items are released. Cards on file will not be charged unless you fail to pick up items. A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. Credit/debit card payments made in person incur a 3% convenience fee. Credit/debit card payments processed through HiBid incur a 3.5% convenience fee. Winning bidders agree to pay Wiegmann Auctioneers the full winning bid amount plus the buyer’s premium. No refunds and no chargebacks. If items are taken off the premises, no refunds will be allowed. If there is any issue with an item, please bring it up to an auction employee before leaving. If items are not picked up on the scheduled day, they will be considered abandoned. Bidders who have not paid by the pickup date will be charged to their registered credit/debit card. Declined cards may result in the bidder being reported to HiBid and potentially banned. Wiegmann Auctioneers reserves all rights and remedies to recover fees. Personal Check Policy Personal checks are accepted only if credit has been established with Wiegmann Auctioneers. A $35 handling fee will be charged for any dishonored check. Shipping Information Shipping is available on all lots. Wiegmann Auctioneers will not be responsible for any shipping with this auction. All shipping will be outsourced to Pakmail in Fort Wayne, IN. Within 12 hours of the auction ending, you will receive a Shipping Saint notification to select pickup or shipping. Please still select if you need shipping for count purposes. Shipping carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once payment is received, shipping will be finalized and a tracking number provided. Buyers requesting shipping agree to pay all packing, materials, handling fees, shipping costs, and insurance per box.
