All items sold as is, no returns, no refunds. We are not responsible for accidents. Enter sale at your own risk. Cash & Credit Cards Accepted. Minimum of $50 to accept a credit card and a 3% charge will now be added to all credit card charges. If you need help with a large item, we will have muscle available on Saturday. Please remember my staff is getting older; we will HELP you move your items but you need to have someone to help with the move.

Numbers will be given out at 4p on Thursday. I WILL limit the number of people as this is a very small home. We will be letting 25-30 people in at a time!!!

We have another great sale for you.  We are in the setup process so be patient.  We will be putting new pictures out daily for a while.  This is a small home with a lot of items in it ...as well as a basement and a garage.
