🟣On day one we will be limiting the number of shoppers in at a time to roughly 40. Once you enter you’ll be able to shop all areas both indoors & out. There is a front, side & rear courtyard, a detached garage, several porches along with a fabulous 2 story home on a partial basement to explore.

🟣Parking- parking available on both sides of West Main Street. Pay close attention to no parking areas. Parking available on many side streets & at United Faith Presbyterian Church just catty corner from the house.

🟣Enter & exit through front door only.

🟣We HIGHLY recommend bringing your own shopping bags to fill as you shop. There will be a very limited hold area.

🟣No sign up sheet. Just good old fashioned first come first serve.

🟣Be sure to bring help to load heavy items. My staff & I do not load large purchases. You buy it you move it.

🟣We accept credit cards with a 3% convenience fee. No checks. CASH PREFERRED.

🟣We do not offer early pricing or sales. Ever.

🟣No public restrooms.

🎄Christmas items purchased in the Christmas room need to be paid for at time of purchase. (We will have a cashier in the Christmas room) We will likely limit the number of patrons in the Christmas room to roughly 10 at a time. It is PACKED!

🟣So VERY MUCH more than pictured! We have not pictured everything at this property. We’ve mostly just pictured the highlights.
