Payment: Cash, Check, and Credit Card. Visa, Mastercard & Discover). A 4% credit card processing fee will automatically be added for all credit card payments. Bartkus Auctioneers reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank. The purchaser agrees to pay Bartkus Auctioneers a handling charge of $25 for any check dishonored by the Bank.

Condition of Items Sold: "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Removal of Goods - Delivery and storage shall be available at purchaser's expense and risk. We can recommend several competent shippers and make arrangements for long-term storage or worldwide shipping (please see shipping). Otherwise, all property must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale conclusion of the sale. All merchandise left over 30 days will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee per month. After 60 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Bartkus Auctioneers.
Real Estate Auction Terms

Procedure: The property is being offered by public auction with reserve. There will be online bidding available to the end of the Live Auction. Online bidders may continue to bid through the end of the live auction.
Agency: Bartkus Auctioneers Company and its representatives are exclusive agents of the Seller.
Down Payment: a non-refundable $10,000 Down Payment on the day of auction with the balance in due at closing. The down payment may be made in the form of a cashier’s check, personal check, or corporate check. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing so be sure you have arranged financing.
Acceptance of bid: This is a public auction with reserve and will be sold to the highest bidder or bidders at the close of the auction if the Sellers accept the final bid amount. The Successful bidder or bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction.
Evidence of Deed and Title: Seller shall provide a deed and owners title insurance policy in the amount of the purchase price at closing.
Closing: The balance of the purchase price is due at closing which will take place within 45 days of presentation of insurable title. Closing costs for an insured closing shall be split by the Seller and Buyer 50/50.
Possession: Possession shall be at closing.
Real Estate Taxes: Real estate taxes will be prorated to the day of closing. There is a Homestead and Mortgage exemption on this property. Taxes being $2471.64.
Home Warranty: Seller to pay $650 for home Warranty. See Attachment for coverage.
Survey: Prior survey will be provided.
