Auction company does not personally pack or ship items, we are simply the selling agent. Please contact Pak Mail for shipping estimate PRIOR to bidding. Some items may be designated PICK-UP ONLY.

? Your bid is a contract. Place bids only if serious about purchasing. Winning bidder enters into a legally binding contract to purchase item(s) bid on in accordance with "conditions of sale" as set forth below.
? Please contact auctioneer with any questions regarding item(s) prior to day of sale. While efforts have been made to include size and quality in item pictures, it is bidder?s responsibility to determine exact condition of each item. Items are being sold "as is" and without recourse. All sales are final. No statement, whether written or oral, made in the catalog, advertisement, bill of sale, announcement, remarks of an auctioneer, or otherwise, shall be deemed to create any warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to condition of any item.
? All statements made day of sale take precedence over any written material.
? All auctions are conducted pursuant to applicable laws and regulations of the State of Indiana.
? Ye Olde Vermonter accepts PayPal payments (button embedded in your invoice for easy transaction). NOTE: Bidders paying by credit card with PayPal payments will be charged the current 4% credit card processing fee in addition to the buyer?s premium, sales tax & bid price.
? If we do not receive payment in full, in good cleared funds, within five (5) business days following the sale, we are entitled in our absolute discretion to exercise one or more of the following measures, in addition to any actions available to us by law: a.) to hold the defaulting buyer liable for the total amount due and to begin legal proceedings for its recovery together with interest, legal fees and costs to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law b.) to cancel the sale c.) to resell the property publicly or privately with such terms as we find appropriate, to resell the property at public auction without reserve, and with the purchaser liable for any deficiency, cost, including handling charges, the expenses of both sales, our commission on both sales at our regular rate, all other charges due hereunder and incidental damages. In addition, a defaulting purchaser will be deemed to have granted us a security interest in, and we may retain as collateral security for such purchaser's obligations to us, any property in our possession owned by such purchaser. At our option, payment will not be deemed to have been made in full until we have collected funds. d.) to offset against any amount owed e.) to not allow any bids at any upcoming auction by or on behalf of the buyer f.) to take other action as we find necessary or appropriate
? Some lots (very few) in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. Reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the consignor and Ye Olde Vermonter below which the lot will not be sold. Ye Olde Vermonter reserves the right to execute such reserves by bidding for the consignor. In any event and whether or not a lot is subject to a reserve, Auctioneer may reject any bid or raise not in line with the value of such lot.
? The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. Auctioneer has the right at their absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to advance bidding in such a manner as he may decide, to withdraw any lot, and in the case of error or dispute, whether during or after the sale, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale or to reoffer and resell the lot in dispute.
? Ye Olde Vermonter will use reasonable efforts to execute online bids but is not liable for circumstances outside of its control which inhibit it from doing so. Please note there is generally a slight time lag when bidding online. To reduce the risk of not getting bids executed, it is recommended online bids be entered prior to auction.
? Pre-registration before auction is highly recommended. Guarantee cannot be made of buyer?s ability to register online day of auction.
? Item belongs to highest bidder once Auctioneer says ?Sold?. While we endeavor to receive and record all bids, Ye Olde Vermonter is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or failure to execute bids. Purchaser shall assume full liability and responsibility for item(s) purchased. All merchandise purchased must be paid for the day of auction and removed from the premises within five (5) business days of the auction ending. Any property not removed from premises within five (5) business days of auction ending will be considered abandoned property to be disposed of at the auctioneer?s discretion. Ye Olde Vermonter has no liability for any damage to property left on its premises.
? Items may be picked up at Ye Olde Vermonter (310 Stable Dr Suite C, Ft Wayne, IN 46825) up to 5 business days after auction. Items that purchaser wishes to pick up must be identified by purchaser to auctioneer on the day of auction or the items will be taken to 3rd party shipper with no notification to purchaser required. Items that need to be shipped will be handled by our designated 3rd party shipper PakMail, Dupont Rd, Ft Wayne, IN (260)637-4809. As a convenience to the buyer, the Auction House will, without any consent, give your property to PakMail, Dupont Village, Fort Wayne, Indiana. You may obtain a shipping estimate from PakMail prior to auction or AFTER you have successfully purchased and paid for the item. PakMail will contact you with an estimate for packaging and shipping via email or phone after the Auction House has been paid in full. PakMail will pack and ship via UPS, FedEx, or other carrier, fully insured, for a fee payable in advance by credit card. Buyer will be contacted for shipping arrangements, with shipping to follow. PakMail and Auction House are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while in either party?s care. The Auction House and PakMail will also NOT be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs if you choose a shipping method that we have advised against and Auction House/ PakMail will require a waiver from buyer acknowledging this. Selling price plus buyer?s premium will be the declared value for insurance, customs, duties and other tariffs during shipping in all cases.
? Buyer?s premium: A 10% buyer?s premium will be charged on final bid price to all who attend the live auction at our location, and a 15% buyer?s premium will be charged on the final bid price to online & off location bidders.
? Indiana 7% sales tax will be charged to all buyers (live and online buyers).
? Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms announced at time of sale whether bidding in person, online, or any other method.
? Winning bidder is responsible for payment and shipping of all items purchased.
? Ye Olde Vermonter and its consignors make no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the purchaser will acquire any copyright or reproduction rights to any lot sold.
? Conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. The purchaser/bidder agrees that any suit for the enforcement of this agreement may be brought, and any action against Ye Olde Vermonter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be brought, in the courts of the State of Indiana or any federal court sitting therein.
