No pre-sales. No numbers will be given prior to sale, first come first serve single file line. Early bird customers the day of the sale are to police themselves until staff arrive around 9am. Please read the following rules below, as they will be strictly enforced.

Cash only. All Sales Final. All items sold as-is. Not responsible for injuries or accidents. Enter at own risk. No personal checks accepted, and no $50 or $100 bills accepted. All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale. No delivery. Not responsible for items left unattended while being held or after purchase. Any item without a tag/price will be re-evaluated at the cashier and remarked. Please bring help to load heavy or oversized items. We will not assist with any items. Not responsible for accidents, or lost or damaged items left unattended after purchase. You Break it You Buy it for price on tag. No Public Restrooms. Large IKEA like tote bags are allowed but will be checked upon purchase and/or exiting the premises. No large personal bags, purses, oversized coats or anything you aren't comfortable with us searching is allowed inside while shopping. Limited Boxes & Bags are available at the checkout cashier table upon purchase. No Early Entry. No early sales or pricing quotes. Due to sale being mostly inside, space is limited, so occupancy will be monitored and regulated at our discretion.

Almost everything is for sale and priced with a sticker. More items available than what is shown.

We know it's cold outside, so we'll try to get everything going right on time and hopefully fit as many as you in as we can. To keep things moving, please do not linger inside if you are finished shopping to provide room for other customers.

Parking:

Please do not block neighbor's driveways. Do not park in estate sale driveway. We are the last house on the right, do not park beyond the house (in front of or past the driveway in the dead end) or across from the house to provide room for cars to turn around and load. The neighbor directly across the street is kindly allowing us to use their driveway to turn around in, please respect their property/yard if utilizing. Part of the driveway may be used for loading larger items please ask before doing so. Park along the road edge in grass far enough to allow space for cars to pass between cars straddling either side. This is a dead end road with no turn around, so recommended parking further down or even on Badiac Rd and walking to be able to leave easier if busy.

Entrance/Exit:

Begin single file line starting at the far left garage door (facing the house). Enter only through garage and exit through front door only.

  • January 18, Saturday 10am-3pm (may close early at our discretion)

Pricing Schedule:

  • Day 1, Thursday - Priced as is, no negotiations/haggling or offers will be considered.

  • Day 2, Friday - 50% off tag price of all items marked $50 or less, offers will be considered on items $50 or more.

  • Day 3, Saturday - Still 50% off $50 or less + make an offer on anything that's left
