Fun Pick with lots of items plus furniture

You’re welcome to bring bags but you will be asked to unload for check out. Due to increasing issues with theft and poor behavior toward staff and other buyers, we reserve the right to ask you to leave or have you removed. We will take the necessary steps to keep our sales a fun and safe experience. This is a partial picker style sale with items tagged trough out the sale area. Please enter thru the gate and the sale is inside if needed there will be heat in the bay areas. Forms of payment accepted will be cash and credit card NO checks. There will be NO early entry or early sales. There will be a sign-up list outside the house the morning of the sale and numbers handed out for the first 45 people if needed. Please bring help and supplies for furniture. Items purchased need picked up before Noon on Saturday. We can make arrangements for later pick up if needed. There will be limited boxes on site for your items. Bring bags and boxes to remove items. This sale is in 2 bays and some outdoor decor will be placed outside. The areas will be marked. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be respectful of peoples hold piles. Children under 12 must be with a parent at all times. Please Park on the road but don't block people's driveways or mailboxes. There are NO public restrooms available.
