General Information

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards via Venmo and Cash App. (No personal checks.)
Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is presented at checkout.

Entry

Entry numbers may be distributed prior to opening at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for lining up in an orderly manner.
Walton Estate Sales & Liquidation is not responsible for line management before our staff arrives.

Purchasing Items
Items cannot be held without payment.
The first customer to pay for an item is the purchaser.
Prices are not disclosed prior to the sale unless specifically advertised.
Pre-sales are offered only on select items that are clearly identified in our advertisements.

Loading & Removal
Customers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases.
Please bring adequate help, moving blankets, straps, and appropriate vehicles for large purchases.
Staff members are unable to assist with loading heavy items.
Large furniture must be removed by the pickup deadline provided at checkout.

Safety
Shop at your own risk.
Walton Estate Sales & Liquidation and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Please watch your step, as homes may have uneven floors, stairs, low ceilings, or other hazards.

Children
Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times.
For everyone's safety, please do not allow children to play with merchandise or run through the home.

Bags & Personal Items
Large purses, backpacks, shopping bags, and boxes may be restricted or subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to inspect bags upon entry or exit.

Courtesy
Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and fellow shoppers.
Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
Please follow all parking signs and instructions from staff.

Discounts
Any advertised discounts apply only on the specified day(s) and may exclude certain items.
We reserve the right to remove items from discount eligibility at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service
Walton Estate Sales & Liquidation reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
