Parking is limited to personal property, but an early-bird sign-in sheet will be placed outside the door one hour before the sale begins each day. Please park to one side of the driveway for easy turn-around. Orange cones and stakes will guide the flow of cars in and out of the property. Please be respectful of the surrounding homes and cautious of the designated hold areas.

All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

The early-bird list goes out ONE HOUR BEFORE the sale starts each day!

Be sure to bring appropriate help, tools and boxes for the removal of large items and multiple loads. Objects for pickup will need to be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday or at a scheduled time. Please be prepared with packing paper and boxes for breakable or fragile items.

We have organized over 10,000 sq. foot warehouse full of contents from a local woman-owned party planning business, Setting the Mood, out of Greenwood, Indiana. Sift through the thousands of items, including decor, glassware, trinkets, and tablescape items such as beads, feathers, votive candles, and faux florals. Find gorgeous candelabras, vases, sconces, and chandeliers. There are larger-than-life lollipops and decorative ferris wheels. There are true vintage treasures also waiting to be unpacked, discovered, and repurposed at your next event or in your own home. There is just so much to discover at this THREE-DAY SALE!

Shopping Hours Will Be Held:

Friday 9 am - 2 pm

Saturday 9 am - 2 pm- with 25% off

Sunday 10 am - 2 pm- with 50% off

Parking is limited to the property only, but an early bird sign-in list will go out ONE HOUR before the sale opens. Please park in designated parking areas; orange cones and stakes will guide the flow of cars in and out of the property. Please respect the surrounding homes and be cautious of the designated hold areas. You will line up according to your number space on the early bird list, and everyone will be let into the building at the start of the sale from one single entrance. Please come prepared with your own totes and bags. There will be a holding area outside the warehouse, where your goods will be tallied for easy checkout!

Because of the new 37 S construction and roundabouts, some drivers have been directed off the highway in the opposite direction. Look for our signs to guide you! This sale is just 1/2 mile west of Center Grove High School and across the street from Kensington Grove Neighborhood if you need landmarks to redirect you! Feel free to text 317-840-0478, and we'll drop you a pin on the sale day!
