B&B estate sales is not Responsible for accidents or incidents. Cash only sale please. When you are buying larger items, please bring your own assistance to move these items. There will be no one on staff to assist you.

We will not be giving out numbers. We will honor a stayed with list. If the first person to arrive chooses to start a list they need to stay until we open. Each person on the list has to stay once their name is on the list as well. We will be allowing a limited amount people in the home to shop at any given time. We want to make sure we all have enough room to social distance during this difficult times.
Masks are mandatory. You will not be able to enter without a mask, "NO exceptions". If you do not have a mask please find one to protect yourself, and others. Your mask is to be worn correctly, over both your mouth and your nose.
We will also be accepting cash for all items purchased. Sales are final no refunds !
When in line to check out please be 6 feet from the person in front of you.
