This Estate Sale happens regardless of weather. There is a wheelchair ramp via the back door -- so if someone in wheelchair or walker would benefit by this ramp access, please let us know.

TERMS: CASH, good Indiana check with full ID. Not responsible for accidents. We don’t open early. There should be a sign up list on the front step, if I remember to put it there, so you can sit warmly in your cars. We don't carry, so please bring your own labor who will carefully move items out of the estate home and off the property. Please don’t flip your cigarette butts on driveway, yard or street, there’s a container by door outside for you to place butts. Please respect neighbors & not block mailboxes or driveways.
