CASH, good Indiana check with full photo ID, credit cards (3% additional process fee). Out-of-state checks must be pre-approved by Monday, May 19, 2014 by calling Diana Cook 219-763-3741. No warranties or guarantees. Buyer is responsible for removing all of your purchases after they are paid for in full. Not responsible for accidents or injury. We don't carry. Bring your own labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Please don't flip cigarette butts on street, driveway or ground, only dispose in proper receptacle.
