We are conducting a private sale in a condominium that does not allow estate sales. There are large furniture items we are selling with listed prices. Buyers must be able to pick up the on site items from the home in Highland and move items, sorry no shipping.

This estate also has a huge amount of very nice glassware that we are selling on Feb. 25th at 9 am at the Shipshewana Antique Auction, 345 S. Van Buren St., Shipshewana, Indiana. Prussia, depression glass, uranium glass, early American pressed glass, silver, cut glass, butter dish collection, books, Zolan collector plates, a large amount of antique linens, antique quilts, an antique wardrobe, a nice dry sink, Christmas items and more! Quality Kling brand Cherry 4 piece sectional wall unit, purchased 20 years ago, paid $6k. There are 2 open bookcase units and two units with glass door, glass shelves and lighting. Each unit measures 30" wide, 80" tall and 15" deep. Together it measures 120" across. Very good condition $350.

Pennsylvania House Quality Cherry China cabinet. Very good condition, beveled glass door, glass shelves, lighted, bottom drawer has felt silverware rack. Measures 78.5" tall, 15" deep, 62" across. It appears to come apart into 2 pieces but not sure. $100.

Cherry Kling brand Sofa table federal style, measures 57" long, 17.5" deep, 28" tall, very good condition, $95.

Antique farmhouse 5 leg table 42" square, 5 leaves & pads, nice antique table, good condition, has 4 leaves that measure 9.5" and one leaf that measures 9". When all the leaves are in the table, it measures 42"x 89". The table is ash or poplar and probably originally had a painted on grain which looked like oak but has been refinished. $150.

Modern painted 4 drawer Bombay style chest. Lightweight, probably made in India or China, has 4 drawers that are lined with flocked black paper. It measures 34" tall, 33.5" wide, and 14.5" deep at the widest spot which is the center, good condition, $95.

Cherry drop leaf coffee table, stamped on the bottom, "The Western Reserve Company, Ellsworth of Willoughby Ohio. It measures 16.5" tall, 19" deep with the leaves down and 44.5" wide. With the leaves up it is oval and measures 31" x 44.5". Good condition, a few light scratches to the finish on the top. $45.

Lena Y. Liu Still Life print signed and numbered print #1113/5000. Frame measures 32.5" wide and 27.5" tall. $55.

Modern Oak 2 drawer file cabinet. Measures 27" tall, 16.5" wide, 18" deep, no metal file bars inside to hang files but files still will fit, bottom drawer bottom moves around, but is intact. $20.

Sleeptec Luxfor Sofa with tapestry upholstery. This sofa bed is very unusual! It pulls out, opens up and has a blower/vacuum motor which blows up the full size air mattress in the matter of a few minutes. Seems to have never been used, very clean, holds air, deflates with the flip of a switch in the matter of a few minutes and goes back to being a sofa. Sofa measures 80" wide, 36" deep, 26" tall without cushions, 36" tall with cushions, good condition. $150.

Modern formica USB charging table. Measures 25" tall, 12" deep, 23.5" long, has 2 small shelves on bottom, top flips up for storage inside, has USB charging ports and 2 plugs, good condition, $20.

Cute small painted cupboard, measures 36" tall, 19" wide, 12" deep. Has kitchen theme painting of asparagus, vegetables and radishes. Lightweight probably made in China, good condition $50.

Pair of half silk ivy topiary decor. Two decor pieces each measuring 47.5" tall, 12.5" wide 7" deep, good condition, a bit dusty, $20 pair.

Mahogany Lane Cedar Blanket Chest. Nice small size, measures 36.5" wide, 16" deep, 21" tall, good condition, 1 small blemish to the finish on the top, solid cedar on the inside, does not lock. $85.

Pair of vintage cherry nightstands with carved pull handles, each has 3 drawers and measures 22" wide, 14" deep, 24.5" tall, one has wear to the finish on the top, could be refinished or painted, $50 pair.

Bedside/Piano bench, tapestry material, French leg, measures 37" wide, 13" deep, 17.5" tall, good condition, probably made in China $25.

Green Flexsteel brand small sofa/large settee, purchased at Groen's in Dyer, IN, green tapestry/brocade fabric, measures 72" wide, 33" tall, 39" deep, good condition $150.

Full length sable mink faux fur coat, Hillmoor New York, probably size 14-16, Made in USA of imported fabric, Tissavel France, clean by fur method, brown satin lining, very good condition, looks like its never been worn. $85
