Victorian Home Downtown’s Old Northside Estate Sale

This 1870 Victorian house was home to Marcia Oddi, a prominent lawyer who practiced for 60 years, 50 of those years of which were spent in this home. Marcia did extensive work with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and founded Environmental Information Solutions. Her love for nature and the environment is clear from her assortment of vintage Pendleton, L.L. Bean, and Lands End clothing and original art collected from traveling. In addition to law, Marcia was an avid reader, as evident from her vast collection of nearly 4,000 books. Venture into the attic or basement, and you'll find Marcia's meticulous workspaces. She was skilled in stained glass, wood carving, and leatherwork. The home is even adorned with a curved glass window made by Marcia herself; a true testament to her craftsmanship.
