Pickup is scheduled for July 18th (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm), located at the Flipside Warehouse, Indianapolis 46203. 

This sale features antique to vintage quilts ready for use in your home or for repurposing projects. Customers can find condition and measurement details listed in the descriptions. All items are available for shipping.

Auction Terms & Conditions Conditions of Sale: All invoices must be paid for and shipping should be organized by July 18, 2022.

Item Condition: While Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge does not authenticate items in our sales, we do make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos. Bidders are encouraged to perform due diligence on items prior to bidding. Bidders may email contact@flipsideestates.com with questions about items up to 8 hours within the close of online bidding. Items are sold "As Is" and all sales are final.

Payment Information: Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge personally process payments in person at pick up or if the item is being shipped, through an emailed invoice via our Square account. Flipside accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & AMEX as well as cash at local pick-up. The winning bidder will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the sale's end with details on payment and shipping options. The full purchase price plus all taxes and fees are required before the removal or shipping of any of the items. If the winning bidder is a no-call no-show to the local pick-up, Flipside has the right to ban from future online auctions.

Shipping Terms: Shipping is available on select items in this sale. A local pick-up is scheduled for Monday, July 19, 2022 (3:00 PM- 6:00 PM) at the Flipside Warehouse located in Indianapolis, IN. Any items that are not picked up during this window or have not made other arrangements will be processed for donation. Flipside has provided measurements in our descriptions for bidders to acquire shipping quotes in advance to bidding. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Invoices valued $40 or less will have a handling charge of $4 per shipping box added to their invoice. Items will be shipped from Indianapolis, zip code 46203.

Buyer's Premium: There is an 8% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids. Buyer's Tax: Indiana sales tax of 7% will be added to the invoice. Bidding Approvals: Bids made over $1000.00 will need to be manually approved by Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge.
