Our sales are known for fair prices and we typically sell most items the first day of the sale. Don't wait! Come early for the best deals.
NUMBER CARDS ARE PLACED OUTSIDE ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE for anyone who shows up early.
Show up an hour or two into the sale? Traffic is typically free-flowing at that point.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are sold "as is", and cannot be returned.
Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents.

Estate sale for the late Robert E. Huey:
"Bob Huey said it was his job to bring sound to a silent and dilapidated Indianapolis Motor Speedway that was shut down from 1942 to 1945 due to WW II.
Huey spent over 60 years at IMS as an employee of Indiana Bell and Stage Hand Union 30."
