Please be courteous of neighbors and park to only one side of the street for easier traffic flow.
An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the estate one hour before doors open on both days. You must be present to add your name to the physical list. You must be present when your name is called or surrender your spot and move to the end of the line.
Friday doors open at 9:00 am, Saturday doors open at 10:00 am. Only one name per number on the early bird list; person must be present to sign in. Up to 25 shoppers invited in at one time (varies by the size of the home).
Items are priced with hang tags or dot stickers. Unmarked household items are "name your price". Prices are firm unless otherwise advertised. We accept cash and credit card payments.
Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper and boxes.
