This estate sale is full of treasures! The client's had very artful tastes and the home is full of large artwork, crystal, collectibles, and very unique furniture. Lots of medical equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs. We are not selling these items, but if any are at the sale, they are free to take.

WHAT TO KNOW:

Lots of street parking is available in the neighborhood, be mindful of parking in front of driveways and mailboxes. Please keep the area in front of the home's driveway clear for people needing to move larger items.

Sale is from 10am to 3pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is no sign up sheet. It is first come, first in the door. If we have a long line, we will let people enter in batches. If you get in line, please stay there or have at least one person for your group there at all times.

Resellers and dealers are welcome. Day one will be sticker price. Day two will be discounts 25% off. Day three will be 50% off.

Large items should be removed from the house by Saturday at 1pm.

We will have some bags and boxes to help with load-out, but it is recommended you bring your own as well.
