Franklin Township One Day Picker Sale

Everything is sold as-is; sales are final. This picker-style sale will allow customers to do a little more "digging" to discover the treasures, but in turn, will be able to negotiate a final price.

Shoppers are allowed to bring personal shopping bags but must lay out all the contents on the designated hold table when negotiating a final price.

All items are sold as-is, all sales final.

Please be courteous of neighbors and park to only one side of the street for easier traffic flow.

Early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the estate one hour before doors open on both days. You must be present to add your name to the physical list. You must be present when your name is called or surrender your spot and move to the end of the line.

Doors open at 9:00 am. Only one name per number on the early bird list. Up to 25 shoppers invited in at one time (varies by the size of the home).

Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper and boxes.
