We take all credit cards with $50.00 dollars or higher and cash. NO CHECKS. Please if you Buy a big item bring your own help. My staff CAN NOT HELP. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
SALE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Parking should be confined to one side of the road. This will help avoid accidents and will allow others in neighborhood to pass through nicely. DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAYS. 2) The line will form at the front door. You will enter and exit only through the front entrance. 3) This estate sale has the Past2Present Standard, where every item has a price. 4) ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for accidents or mishaps of any kind if you choose to shop at this sale. 5) There is limited space to make piles. Be patient. Scope out a holding spot near the checkout, if you can find one, to hold your purchases. 6) PLEASE EXERCISE PATIENCE at this sale and be polite to other shoppers.
