We are hosting our first auction! The Caring Transition’s Team is taking the necessary steps to make sure your auction experience is safe and fun! Not to mention the many great deals that will make you happy and glad you came!

Our team will:
1. Be fever free and feel good
2. Use hand sanitizer frequently
3. Sanitize surfaces and high touch areas.
4. Offer hand sanitizer at the check in and out table and in the restrooms.
5. Practice safe distancing.

We ask for our shoppers to:

1. Be fever free and come feeling good!
2. Mask will be available for purchase ($1). We follow the city rules for mask wearing.
3. Use the hand sanitizer when entering.
4. Practice safe distancing.
5. Enjoy your shopping experience.
6. Bring help to load large items.

• Please confine parking to the grass.
• DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S
DRIVEWAYS. The driveway to the left of the house is NOT the drive to use. Please use the North Drive (right of the house when looking at it).
• Check in and registration begins at 8:00 AM. The auctioning will begin at 9:00. YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE OR PHOTO ID TO REGISTER TO PURCHASE AUCTION ITEMS!
• You are responsible for your items when you win a bid. We will not hold items for you.
• Come join us! Have some fun and we absolutely cannot wait to see what YOU uncover and collect to take home with you!!!

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at all estate sales. There are no surcharges or swipe fees. Sorry, no checks.

• Enter at your own risk

• If you bring children, please keep an eye on them

We do not offer previews or pre-sales. A level playing field helps build a desired relationship with shoppers. Shoppers at Caring Transitions will know that they will always have an equal chance to purchase the most sought after items in each sale.
