The property is located off of Allisonville Road near71st Street. Please be courteous to neighboring homes and park in designated free street parking.
An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the property one hour before doors open. Friday the list goes out at 8am and doors open at 9am. Saturday the list goes out at 9am and we open at 10am. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time. This sale will feature items with sticker dots and barcodes.
Items are priced with barcoded hang tags and sticker dots. Day Two is 50% off. We accept cash and credit card payments.
Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper and boxes.
