Parking will be off-site in the neighborhood across the street. Please be cautious of neighboring homes, avoiding the orange cones, and be prepared to walk to the property from the neighborhood across the street. This home is located on a busy street so please be aware of your surroundings while parking and loading furniture.

All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous to neighbors and park on one side of the street for easier traffic flow. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants. Do not park on the edge of lawns.

An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the estate one hour before doors open on both days. You must be present to add your name to the physical list. You must be present when your name is called or surrender your spot and move to the end of the line.

Friday doors open at 9:00 am, and Saturday doors open at 10:00 am. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time (varies by the size of the home).

Items are priced with hang tags or dot stickers. Unmarked household items are "name your price". Prices are firm unless otherwise advertised. Items will be available on day two with up to 50% discount. We accept cash and credit card payments.

Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. Objects for pickup will need to be removed by 2:00 pm on Saturday. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper and boxes.
