Like Most Estate Sales All Sales Are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges so make sure of the item you want before purchase.
We Accept /Cash, Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express with picture ID.( Sorry No Checks). Merchandise must be Picked Up prior to conclusion of last day of Sale.
Sorry We Do No Offer Delivery so arrange for your own Transportation of Items.
If you have Purchased Large Furniture Items PLEASE BRING SOMEONE TO HELP YOU LOAD AFTER THE SALE ONLY!
Please Do Not Block Driveways or Mail Boxes. Park on one side of the Street.

We give out numbers to enter the home morning of the Sale. Start Signing up at 8:00 number 1 enters the home first then number 2 and so on.
If you have Small Children they are Expected to be Attended to at All Times. IF NOT WE MAY SEND THEM HOME WITH YOU WITH CHOCOLATE AND A PUPPY.....Just Sayin
