Buyer Pays ALL Shipping Costs such as Postage, Materials, and Handling. Within hrs. of the auction ends, you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick-up time and/or shipping. We may take up to 30 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All invoices over $500 will require a signature for delivery. When the shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive the tracking number once your label is printed. If you are out of state, we will automatically ship your items, unless you let us know otherwise.
Removal of Goods - Delivery and storage shall be available at purchaser's expense and risk. We can recommend several competent shippers and make arrangements for long-term storage or worldwide shipping (please see shipping). Otherwise, all property must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale conclusion of the sale. All merchandise left over 30 days will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee per month. After 60 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Bartkus Auctioneers.

This is one man's lifetime collection* Autographs are Signed "to Gene", Event Tickets are included with memorabilia as his own COA,
and the Basketballs have been kept in their plexi-boxes so that when we opened for photos-the smell of fresh rubber wafted into the air.
His wife was not allowed into this room of prized-possessions, but now you can see what Gene had treasured.
