This is the amazing home of the late Ray Nichels, founder of Nichols Engineering, in Griffeth and Highland Indiana. He was a famous NASCAR and INDY car engineer. 

We will be offering for sale the contents of this beautiful home. 

This is a priceless throwback in time. Built in 1964, this home sits almost the same, 56 years later. Furnishings were all kept in immaculately condition. This is a two day sale and will be held from 9am - 2pm. The home will then be listed for sale. Sorry, but there will not be any pre-sales. Please refer to the photos for item(s) description. Additional photos will be added. 

The 1998 Buick LeSabre has only 108,000 miles.
