Welcome to our family home. Please note the following guidelines for all who visit - thanks in advance for honoring these terms.
1. Masks are REQUIRED if you are NOT fully vaccinated. (We are vaccinated.)
2. First come, first served! There will be a sign-up sheet available beginning at 7am that you can use to ensure your place in line.
3. We may be limiting the number of people in the house at any given time. Please be cognizant of others waiting behind you.
4. Cash preferred. Credit/Debit cards on sales over $25 - a processing fee of 3% will be added to Credit/Debit card sales. All sales are final. No returns.
5. Pricing and buying process (prices are subject to change):
Day 1 - prices as marked
First reduction - 25% off.
Second reduction - 50% off.
6. You must remove and load your purchases into your vehicles. Please bring help to assist you. Furniture and hard-to-move items can be removed after the sale closes each day, if necessary.
7. No animals or children under 15 will be allowed inside the house as this sale will have lots of breakable items. (If you break it, you just bought it!)
8. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be careful.
