Diana Cook Estates, Auctions & Appraisals and staff has been on a COVID hiatus for many months. It's good to start venturing out again & seeing each and everyone of you who we hope are in good spirits and healthy for this 2021!  We thank the shoppers, who tell us they appreciate our COVID practices.

COVID 19 Note - Mask Required, Quantity of shoppers inside the home at same time is limited. We follow the science, CDC guidelines and all local/state/federal mandates. Please keep good distance from each other. Even if you are feeling good, but you believe you've possibly, even remotely, been in a Covid or flu exposure setting recently during this past month, don't make any Estate Home a spreader event as an asymptomatic carrier, it's better to stay put at home. Those fully vaccinated, physicians tell us, you can still be a carrier & infect others with Covid which makes it important to properly wear mask in public settings. Let's work together with health safety in mind. You can always call or Email Diana Cook Auctions & Estates with your interest in specific items you'd love to buy. We will work with you on your purchases at a safe telephone distance. We are doing things a bit differently because of COVID. There will be NO entry order sign in sheet which keeps all of you from touching the same notebook paper. So you need to line up on your own distantly. If you attend on opening day afternoon bring your patience with you as entry into any home can be staggered and slow. To be fair to your time, any photos posted up on this site 24 hours prior to opening day WILL physically be inside the home and available for purchase to the 1st Estatesaler who walks through the door and to the 4th, 5th, 10th, 50th shopper if previous shoppers don't snag it.

Payment TERMS:  CASH, Pre-Approved Good Check (call at least 3 days prior to sale start for check approval). Mask Required. We don't open early. Be prepared, due to any home's hallway layout, there can be staggered and delayed entry into the home on Opening Day, it just depends on how slow foot traffic flow moves along in the home's layout. Bring your patience with you for this home entry process. We'll get you inside as soon as we can with safety in mind. No warranties or guarantees. You must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents or injury. Always watch your step & your head. We don't carry. Bring your own competent adult labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Removal on SALE DAY.  Make sure to watch when moving items that floors aren't scratched and keep distance from walls so they're not touched. Please respect neighbors & not block mail boxes or driveways, or park so far off road to ruffle or rut neighbor's grass. Please don't flip cigarette butts in yard, street, driveway or really anywhere, only in receptacle.
