A very UNIQUE home...in 1974 this 9000 sq ft antique barn was converted into the Hendryx home.  As Mr. & Mrs. Hendryx (Hendryx Mortuaries) completed renovation and decorating their home it was opened up to the public for a one day viewing.   Over the years it has been featured in various newspapers and magazines.  The family has contracted us to liquidate the remaining contents. A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR SALES.....

  • We always stay open until 6:00pm for your convenience.
  • Every household item is available to the public...NO pre-sales. Workers and staff DO NOT purchase items before the doors open. If you see something in a photo, once in the house ask a staff member to help direct you to that location.
  • Customer Number Pad available at the front door starting at 8:00pm Wednesday....the number of customers entering the home will be based on the size of the individual home...we try to get all customers into the house in an orderly and quick fashion.
  • The prices are firm on the first day, 25% off on the second day and 50% off on the third day.
  • We offer a Bid Slip system for items if you are not able to be present at opening on the 2nd or 3rd day....a convenient way for you to purchase something if you have a commitment preventing your early return to shop....ask a staff member for Bid Slips and details.
  • All pre-purchased furniture must be picked up by Saturday 4:00pm.

1870's primitive handmade oak wood slat and tree branch barrel...say hello to Young Miss Abby.Antique Harvest Table.....we recently found 2 more wicker chairs for a total of 12.Antique solid oak pedestal table with 4 leaves and wonderful large early pine step-back cupboard.  Antique Wicker Rocker and Bassinet...perfect for your little angel.  Lots of Antique Dressers and Chairs....Dresser with mirrors, dresser without mirrors and mirrors without dressers.You will not believe the amount of antique quilts and blankets  found throughout the house.….and a brass quilt rack and victorian settee.  Still some boxes to unpack too.Working hard to get this house ready for you, but I think I'll take a nap before you arrive on this antique brass bed.Enameled top cabinet located in the second kitchen on the main floor....note that the bottom door folds down like an oven door.The attic was so full we have to stack things on top of each other.  Just 1 of 2 antique curved glass china cabinets.  Lots of antique wicker furniture all throughout the house.Hard to see by this table has the large glass ball and claw feet...wonderful antique oak lamp table. Various pieces of Candlewick by the Imperial Glass Company, 1939.Large antique 4 Door Porcelain Top Hoosier Kitchen Cabinet.   Oops the booze is not for sale.I love the arch at the top of the doors...hum, I think we forgot to empty the bottom section.  This matches the Antique Round Oak Table with the large Glass Ball and Claw Feet...wonderful Barley Twist leggs....both in excellent condition. Large Antique Arrow Slat Back and Carved Desk Chair...looks like the chair Mr. Potter (It's A Wonderful Life) was sitting in.  Mission Style Sideboard, not old, but still a wonderful piece of furniture in great condition.Our helper, Young Miss Abby loves this doll house and all the room furnishings....lawn carpet included.
