  • We always stay open until 6:00pm for your convenience.
  • All Items are available to the public...NO Pre-Sales. Workers & staff DO NOT purchase items early.  NO Pre-Sales.
  • Customer Number Pad available at the front entrance starting at 8:00pm Thursday night (reserve your space in line early).
  • The number of customers entering the sale varies on the crowd size & space available....we try to get all customers into and onto the grounds in an orderly & quick fashion.
  • All pre-purchased furniture must be picked up by Sunday 4:00pm.
  • Bid-Slips are date & time stamped....a convenient way for you to purchase something if you have a commitment & cannot come back until a convenient time...ask a staff member for bid slips & details.
