Sale Instructions:
Numbers will be passed out 8:00 AM for the sale. The first 25 will be let in at 9AM, and we will call out the first round of numbers and let more people in at our discretion. Bring a cloth shopping bag if you are buying small. Outside tags will be at the counter on opening. We will try have our associates to designate a pile if you are buying a large number of items, but do not assume this will be the case. Bring your own packing materials. We can not pack your items for you if we are too overwhelmed by shoppers. Bring help for large furniture, etc. Once the item is purchased, it is your responsibility to remove it from the property. You will have the 3 days of the sale to remove the item and we will be available the following Tuesday on October 18th from 9AM - 12PM for additional pickup.

Sorry: No Early Previews or Early Sales! We will not let any dealers or buyers in before the sale to insure that everyone has a fair chance to buy from this outstanding collection.

Cash or Card- We do accept Credit/Debit with a 3% charge of the total sale. This fee allows us to offer the convenience of Credit/Debit exclusively.
