Flipside estate sales are conducted in private homes. We ask that our customers respect our seller's property by not parking on lawns or in front of any driveway entrances. Please be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items and be careful to not scratch floors, ding walls or cause any other damage to the property. In addition, please bring packing materials for glassware and your own bags and boxes.
Cash is king! We accept cash, checks with proper I.D. for $100 or less, and we also accept credit card with a 3% fee per transaction.
Flipside makes every effort to research and verify the items we sell, but it is up to our customers to perform due diligence in advance to purchasing items from Flipside estate sales. We do not accept returns on items under any circumstances.
