John Deere mower/tractor 425 - I called John Deere in Lafayette & discussed what it was doing/sounded like. They stated it could be a cam. We have priced it according to their recommendation as if it is a cam. (whatever that is...) If it is, you can get it fixed/fix it and still have a great deal. If it is something cheaper, you have a better deal :).
