We will honor a list that is put out by Let It Go Estate Sales LLC. The list will be put out two hours prior to the start of the sale. Please do not come before that time and do NOT start your own list for this sale. It will not be honored. THE LIST MUST REMAIN NEAR THE DOOR! DO NOT TAKE IT TO YOUR CAR! Each person on the list has to stay once their name is on the list as well. We will be allowing a limited amount people in the home to shop at any given time. Thank you!

You are purchasing items from the homeowner, not Let It Go Estate Sales LLC. We do not guarantee or warranty any items and are not responsible for any items left behind by customers.

BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGER ITEMS. NO EXTRA-LARGE ITEMS CAN BE MOVED DURING SALE HOURS. YOU WILL HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER HOURS TO GET LARGE ITEMS.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO PRESALES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.

YOU WILL BE WRAPPING AND BAGGING YOUR OWN ITEMS.

NO public restrooms. NO outside food/drinks.

Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.

We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale. To inquire about a specific item, please TEXT the sale’s phone number listed in the advertisement and our team will be happy to confirm availability.

On discount days, some restrictions may apply. We do not retake pictures after the first day.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: You are responsible for any slips, falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the property. By entering the grounds, you accept all responsibility and agree to these terms – and consent to being photographed/videotaped. This is a cash and credit card only sale. Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; all sales are final. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
