Estate of Peter Sumrall in Erskine Manor

Post 1:  We are, once again, in the stage of discovery in this "decorator-done" condominium.  We are posting pictures now to create enthusiasm among potential browsers and buyers.  Check back for narrative on specific items, brands, et cetera  and more pictures. As always, the public and dealers are both welcome.

Post 2:  We have made progress and, while doing so, we have found that most things are in "like new" condition.  Do check the comments/descriptions that accompany some pictures.

Post 3:  We have had so many inquiries about this sale and its lovely contents that we wish to remind our browsers and buyers that the neighborhood is exclusive and the neighbors will expect careful parking so that lawns remain manicured, mailboxes accessible and routes cleared for emergency response vehicles if needed.  Inquiries are always welcome.  No, we do not give out numbers.
