Registration: All bidders must register and provide proper identification the day of the auction. Bidding will be by the number system.
Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full day of sale by check, cash, Visa, Discover or Master Card. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases. A 13% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchase using credit card.
Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.
Removal: Items may be removed on auction day for one hour after the conclusion of the sale. For additional removal time, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer on auction day.
