Shafer Estate Sale
Terms
R2 Estate Sales accepts cash and credit/debit cards. Absolutely no checks. All sales are final. You must load all purchases so bring a friend if you intend to purchase something heavy!
Sign us Sheet:
We will put out a sign-up sheet on location approximately 120 minutes prior to the start of the sale. No requests to be on the list will be honored prior to that date/time. We are no longer accepting texts or calls to be on the sheet due to the ugly behavior we have experienced at our past couple of sales. You will need to show up in person the day of the sale to sign up on the sheet.
ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE, so please do not ask. We are not able to answer specific questions regarding pricing. Bring boxes and packing material and help (particularly for furniture) to take all your treasures home! We will have a limited supply so ensure your purchases make it home safely.
Everything sold as is where it is.
LIABILITY WAIVER The estate nor R2 Estate Sales, handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun! This is an estate sale conducted in Indiana, owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to CoVid 19, we will be limiting the number of people in the home to allow for safe distancing practices.
NOTICE: We have had multiple inquiries asking if we are willing to sell the sports memorabilia as an entire collection—YES, we would definitely consider that. Therefore, we will be at the home for a preview of the sports memorabilia only—nothing else—for buyers to have an opportunity to review the sports memorabilia collection between 2 and 4 pm EST on Saturday, April 17. Absolutely nothing will be sold prior to the opening of the sale. Offers will be considered until everyone on the sign in sheet list has had an opportunity to come into the sale. At that point, we will review the offers and may or may not choose to accept. Therefore, we have decided that there is enough interest in the items as a whole that we will not be selling individual items from the collection when we open the sale. 20015 Birch Road, Tippecanoe, IN.
